The SG Freihaus was a short-lived sports club from the city of Zduńska Wola (Eng. Freihaus ) in occupied Poland during the Second World War .
history
For the 1941/42 season , the SG took part in the Gauliga Wartheland for the first time , at that time still under the name TSG Zduńska Wola . There the club was grouped into Season 2 and reached third place at the end of the season; with an even score of 6: 6. In the next season, the two seasons were combined in league with ten teams. With 12:24 points, the team was able to reach eighth place at the end of the season and thus just prevent relegation. For the 1943/44 season , the name of Zduńska Wola was changed to Freihaus , so the name of the SG was also adapted, so the team started briefly as SG Freihaus from then on. At the beginning of 1944 the team withdrew from the game. At the latest after the end of the war and the reconquest of the Wartheland by the Red Army , the association was then dissolved.
