The SV Haidlfing is a football club from the Lower Bavarian village Haidlfing (market Wallersdorf , Dingolfing-Landau ).
The club rose to the Lower Bavarian district league for the first time in 1968 and stayed in this division until 1986. In the 1991/92 season the team returned for a year in the district league. Since then it has been playing under-class.
The greatest sporting success was participation in the DFB Cup in 1978 . In the first main round they lost 0: 5 to the second division SpVgg Bayreuth on their own pitch .
