history

Viktoria Kolberg, founded in 1921, took part in the Gauliga Pommern from 1933 . In the eastern season, the team played against relegation, which had to be accepted as bottom of the table in 1936. 1940 succeeded in returning to the top division of Pomerania. In the following years the team, which was able to fall back on players from the local submarine school, regularly achieved third places. In the season 1943/44 the club reached second place behind the loss point free HSV Groß Born . Due to the war, games had to be stopped the following year and the club went out with the fall of the National Socialist state .
