Sa Duaia mansion

Sa Duaia is a manor house in the Spanish municipality of Artà in the northeastern part of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca . It is used as a hotel and restaurant.

It is secluded from other buildings in the mountainous area of the mountain range Serres de Levante belonging highlands of Arta , about seven kilometers northeast of Arta, near the coast of the Mediterranean. About 1.5 kilometers northeast of the property is the undeveloped bay of Cala Torta . The mountain Puig Figuer rises to the east of the manor house . To the west of the property runs the small country road between Artà and Cala Torta, from which a cul-de-sac leads to the manor house.

The mansion dates back to the 15th century. A tower rises on its southwest side. To the north-west of the property there is an extensive terrace from which there is a wide view of the Artà mountains.
