Saad Group ( Arabic مجموعة سعد, DMG Maǧmūʿat Saʿd ) is a Saudi Arabian company with headquarters in Al-Chubar .

The company operates as a conglomerate in various industries. In the early years, the company started in the construction sector in Saudi Arabia. The company was founded in 1958 by Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijiri . The group later expanded its activities to include real estate, finance, banking, energy and tourism. Saad Group is headed by the Saudi Arabian entrepreneur Maan al-Sanea . With a turnover of 4.352 billion US dollars in 2006, Saad Group was considered one of the largest companies in the Middle East . Saad Group Ltd. based in the Cayman Islands had total assets of 30.6 billion US dollars at the end of 2008 , according to Moody’s .

In 2010 there were legal disputes with the rival Saudi Arabian company Ahab .
