Sabine! (in the first season with one and in the second season with two exclamation marks in the cover picture) is a series about a young high school teacher named Sabine Vogt, played by Bojana Golenac , which ran on ZDF in 2004/2005 . The upper school teacher Sabine Vogt is preparing to leave her home in Deidesheim in the Palatinate to move in with her partner Ben Hombach - played by Max Urlacher - in the capital. As a farewell, her friends give her a live pig, a mini pig called "Lili". Thought as a joke, this gift doesn't go down well with Sabine at first. But then she doesn't like to give it away either, because she doesn't know what to do with it.
Arrived in Berlin , it turns out that her partner meanwhile has another friend named Maren Wolf - played by Mariella Ahrens . To make matters worse, she works at the same school as Sabine. Sabine can usually only get rid of her lovesickness with "Lili".
Further conflicts arise with her new director Dr. Leitmeyer, because the two can't stand each other. On top of that, his son Paul ( Ferenc Graefe ), who is a student at the school in question, falls in love with Sabine.
