Sabine Belkofer (born November 27, 1967 ) is a German curler .
Belkofer made her international debut in 1988 at the Junior Curling World Championship , but she remained without a medal. At the European Championships in 1988 in Perth / Scotland she achieved a remarkable 6th place with the team around Skip Stephanie Mayr, at the Junior World Championships 1989 in Markham / Canada she also took a 6th place.
Belkofer represented Germany in third place at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, where the team lost the tiebreaker game to advance to the semi-finals against the eventual winners from Scotland and finished the tournament in 5th place.
