Sabine Fliess

Sabine Fließ (born April 3, 1960 ) is a German economist .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1979, she studied economics from 1979 to 1984 at the Universities of Hamburg and Hanover , graduating with a degree in economics . From 1984 to 1985 she was a research assistant in the pilot project "Technical Sales" at the University of Hanover . From 1985 to 1999 she was a research assistant in the postgraduate course for executives “Master of Business Marketing” (distance learning with face-to-face seminars for the target group of sales engineers). After receiving his doctorate in 1992 as Dr. rer. pole. From 1999 to 2000 she represented the Douglas endowed chair for service management at the FernUniversität in Hagen at the Faculty of Economics at the Free University of Berlin . After her habilitation in 1999 in the Faculty of Economics at the Free University of Berlin , she has been teaching since 2000 as the holder of the Douglas Endowed Chair for Service Management in Hagen .

Her main research interests are service management, in particular the management of service processes, the design of service environments (service capes), purchasing behavior for services, business-to-business management, in particular customer integration and sales management.
