Sabirdschan Sabitowitsch Rusijew ( Russian Сабиржан Сабитович Рузиев ; born June 15, 1953 in Belovodsk , Kyrgyz SSR ) is a former Kyrgyz foil fencer who competed for the Soviet Union.

Sabirdschan Rusiev was internationally successful, especially with the Soviet team. At world championships he won silver with her in Budapest in 1975 and bronze two years later in Buenos Aires . In 1979 in Melbourne and 1981 in Clermont-Ferrand , he became world champion with the team. Rusiev took part in two Olympic Games . In 1976 he just missed a medal win in Montreal with the team.
