Sabrakamani
in Egyptian hieroglyphics

Sabrakamani was a Nubian king who is only mentioned in an inscription found so far. He had them put up in the Amun temple in Kawa . This badly damaged inscription also mentions King Iry-Piye-qo , who ruled before him. The inscription is placed over two inscriptions by Arikamaninote , so that this can also be taken as an indication that Sabrakamani ruled later than the latter. Dedications to the Amun temple are listed in the inscription. Sabrakamani dates possibly to the first half of the 3rd century BC.
