Cream machine

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A cream maker is used to automatically whip cream and remove it in portions. Therefore, these devices are mainly used in pastry shops , bakeries and ice cream parlors . The whipped cream can be removed continuously.

The devices have built-in cooling. The filled cream is sucked in, passed through a swell pipe and passed under pressure onto many metal plates, whereby air is incorporated and the volume increases. The finished whipped cream can be taken from one or more dispensing nozzles.
