Career

The group is a merger of the three rap crews OFX (Vicelow, Féfé and KLR), Explicit Samouraï (Specta, Leeroy and DJ Eddy Kent (not a member of SSC)) and Simple Spirit (Sly the Mic Buddah and Sir Samuel). Founding member KLR died shortly after the founding of the consequences of a car accident. The band's first album was released in 1999 and was named after him. The debut album was very successful with 330,000 units sold. The single Angela was sold over 600,000 times. The band became internationally known in 2002 with their second album X-Raisons and the shortly thereafter European tour X-Raisons , on which the group was supported by the German band Culcha Candela .

The Saïan Supa crew also worked with Seeed , Ky-Mani Marley , Alpha Blondy and Roots Manuva and made a small contribution to an album by RZA .
