Saikhom Mirabai Chanu
Saikhom Mirabai Chanu (born August 8, 1994 ) is an Indian weightlifter .
Career
In 2013 Chanu won bronze at the Junior World Championships and gold at the Commonwealth Championships in the class up to 48 kg. In 2014 she won silver at the Commonwealth Games . In 2015 she finished second in the Commonwealth Championships and in 2017 she finished first. On November 29, 2017, she became world champion in the 48 kg class. She won gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games .
