Sajid Liaqat

Sajid Liaqat (born August 24, 1985 in Germany ) is a German cricketer . He was appointed to the German team for the ICC World Cricket League Division Five 2017 tournament in South Africa and played in the opening game against Ghana on September 3, 2017 . At the tournament he scored the most wickets for Germany with seven wickets in five games.

In May 2019 he was called up for a series of the German Twenty20 International (T20I) team against Belgium , which were the first T20Is of the German cricket team. His T20I debut took place during the series on May 11, 2019.

He plays nationally for the Havelländischer Cricket Club Werder .
