The Collection of Labor Law Decisions (SAE) is a legal journal that aims to provide the most important judgments and resolutions on the subject of labor law . The basis for this are the rulings of the Federal Labor Court , the Federal Constitutional Court and the European Court of Justice that are relevant for business .
Since January 1, 2001, SAE has been published eight times a year by the Handelsblatt GmbH publishing group . The journal has existed for almost six decades.
SAE contains the most important court decisions in the field of labor law in their wording, as well as the facts and reasons for the decision. Each issue also contains practice-oriented, “scientifically sound notes, essays and comments by renowned labor law experts and experienced practitioners from companies and associations”. The practical and beneficial use of SAE results from this combination of full texts and explanations . Current dates and references conclude the issue.
According to the publisher's own account, the main target group are “judges, honorary judges at labor courts, entrepreneurs, HR managers, association lawyers, lawyers, university lecturers, works councils, students and trainees”.
