Samuel Gawith Snuff

Samuel Gawith & Company Ltd. is one of the oldest and most traditional manufacturers of snuff and pipe tobacco in England .

Samuel Gawith was founded in 1792 in Kendal in the South Lakeland region in northwest England. Samuel Gawith uses the tobacco mill, which was already second-hand at the time, to this day in the production of snuff. The Gawith snuff is characterized above all by its very fluffy, airy ("fluffy") and fine texture. In the more than 200-year-old mill, the snuff is still made today according to historical recipes. The traditional English menu is complemented by several varieties with a modern, partly fruity character. Best sellers are, for example, the fruity apricot.
