Samuel Horgan (born April 20, 1987 ) is a New Zealand cyclist .
Samuel Horgan won two parts of the Tour of Canterbury in 2007 and finished second in the overall standings. The following year he finished second in the one-day Main Divide Cycle Race. In 2008, he won a stage in the Tour of Canterbury. Horgan has been driving Subway-Avanti for the New Zealand Continental Team since 2009 . At the Oceania Championship 2009 he finished third in the individual time trial of the U23 class.
