Sandra Vetter , née Weber (born February 4, 1985 in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe ) is a former German national basketball player .

The 1.83 meter tall winger began her career with Homburger TG, moved from there to TV Langen and then played in the 2nd Bundesliga with TV Hofheim.

For the 2005/06 season, the player, known as a strong and enthusiastic player, moved to BC Marburg in the 1st Bundesliga , where she became a regular player. Due to injuries, she could only be used eight minutes in the 2007/2008 season. Only at the beginning of the 2008/2009 season did she play first division games for BC Marburg again.

Sandra Vetter made her senior national team debut in a friendly on July 24, 2004 in Spala / Poland in a 74-68 win over Ukraine. She then successfully competed with the national team in qualifying for the 2005 European Championship, in which she was not in the squad. Instead she reached ninth place with the U20 national team and sixth with the A2 national team at the Universiade in Izmir . In 2006 and 2007 injuries prevented Vetter from being appointed to the German national basketball team. In 2008 and 2009 she was in the squad for additional European Championship qualification.

In 2010 and 2012, she won the bronze medal in the German championship with BC Pharmaserv Marburg. She also won bronze in the cup competition in the 2010/2011 season with BC Pharmaserv Marburg. After the game for 3rd place in the German championship in 2012 against Wasserburg, Sandra Vetter ended her Bundesliga career by winning the bronze medal. She let her basketball career with the BC Marburg regional league team come to an end.
