Sandvik Coromant is a Swedish manufacturer of machine tools for turning, milling, drilling and reaming and claims to be the world market leader in this area. The company represents the main part of the “Tool Production ” division of the industrial group Sandvik (alongside Seco Tools, Dormer Pramet and Walter AG ) and was founded in 1942 to produce hard metal tools. Sandvik Coromant has locations in 150 countries around the world.
