Sanhua Holding Group Co., Ltd. (三 花 控股 集团 有限公司) is a Chinese manufacturer of controls and components for heating , air conditioning and ventilation systems. The company is one of the largest suppliers of check valves .
history
Sanhua was founded in Zhejiang in 1984 and initially primarily manufactured elements of measurement and control technology for air conditioning systems. In 2004, the research and development department was transferred to Zehjiang University . The company has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2007 .
In 2012 the company took over Aweco from Allgäu, which mainly produces components for dishwashers, washing machines and refrigerators.
