Sant Joan de Sispony is a baroque church in the town of Sispony in the Andorran parish of La Massana .

The church was built in 1641 and replaced the old Romanesque church of Sant Joan Vell , which is located at the exit of the town near the cemetery, of which only a few remains can be seen.

The church of San Juan de Sispony has a rectangular plan that is 16 meters long and 9.3 meters wide. On the west facade there is a small square room which is intended for a sacristy . The front door of the church opens on the east facade and consists of a classic archway that gives access to the nave, in which there is a wooden barrel vault with plaster.

The 17 meter high bell tower of the church is integrated into the nave, in its northeast corner it has a square floor plan with five floors.

Extensive restoration work was carried out on the cultural monument between 1987 and 1993.
