Santa Eulàlia d'Encamp is the parish church of Encamp in the Principality of Andorra .

The Lombard bell tower in Romanesque style is the tallest of its kind in Andorra at 23 meters. Inside the church there is a 14th century portal and a small portal (the only one left in the country) where prayers were used in the 16th century when there was a storm. The Romanesque baptismal font dates from the 12th century, the three baroque retables from the 17th and 18th centuries. The lead glass windows were redesigned as part of the extension work in 1998.

The bell tower and the parts of the original Romanesque church are listed and since June 12, 2003 registered on the legal basis Llei del patrimoni cultural d'Andorra .
