Sara Nesson

Sara Nesson (* 20th century ) is a film director and producer in the field of documentary films . She received an Oscar nomination at the 2011 Academy Awards for Best Documentary Short for her film Poster Girl . She received an award for her work from the International Documentary Association. The short film was also nominated for a News & Documentary Emmy Award .

This was followed by the two short documentaries Iraq Paper Scissors (2010) and Women Who Score as well as the film drama Off Season in 2017, in which she was a producer.
