The Sarazzi Party - for referendums SPV Atom-Stuttgart21 (short name: SPV ) is a political party in Germany. It was founded on October 9, 2010 in Cologne and ran for the first time on March 20, 2011 in the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt . In terms of content and its program, it relates to the SPD politician Thilo Sarrazin and in particular to his theses in the book Germany Abolishes Itself . Sarrazin himself, however, has no connection with the party. However, the name of the party should refer to the theses of "Ines Sarazz"; Socially critical texts were distributed under this pseudonym at the University of Marburg in the 1970s .

elections

The party tried unsuccessfully to run for the state elections in Hamburg and Rhineland-Palatinate in the spring of 2011 . She was unable to collect the number of necessary supporter signatures in either country. An application was submitted to the Hamburg Constitutional Court to be exempted from collecting support signatures due to the shortened lead time for this election due to the early elections. In Saxony-Anhalt, however, the approval was successful. In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2011 , the party received 0.4% of the vote.

program

The implementation of Thilo Sarrazin's ideas is the SPV's program in the areas of education and integration. Another item on the program is the introduction of elements of direct democracy , for example "mini-referendums" are to be used to involve citizens in filling top political positions. In the area of economic policy, the SPV relies on “incentive-corrected social market economy”.
