Saulius Lapėnas
Saulius Lapėnas (born March 14, 1962 in Mažeikiai ) is a Lithuanian politician, member of the Seimas .
Life
After graduating from secondary school in Gelgaudiškis in the district of Šakiai in 1980 , he completed his diploma in architecture at Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas in 1985 . From 1986 to 1989 he was mayor of Jurbarkas , from 1989 to 1990 chairman of the executive committee of Jurbarkas district and from 1990 to 1991 administrator of Jurbarkas district. From 1995 to 2000 and from 2011 to 2015 he was a member of the Jurbarka Council. From 2000 to 2008 he was a member of the Seimas (List of Lietuvos liberalų sąjunga ). From 2008 he was ministerial advisor at the Ministry of Interior of Lithuania .
From 1988 to 1989 he was a member of the Lietuvos komunistų partija , from 1995 of Lietuvos liberalų sąjunga and from 2003 of Lietuvos liberalų ir centro sąjunga .
