Sound field size
Sound quantities |
---|
Sound field quantities are physical alternating quantities that are used to describe the state of a sound field . The sound field sizes include:
- the sound pressure and the derived logarithmic quantity sound pressure level
- the sound velocity and the derived logarithmic quantity sound velocity level
- the sound deflection
- the sound acceleration (particle acceleration)
- the sound flow
The description of a sound field can also have other hydrodynamic e parameters occur for. B. on the fluctuations in density or temperature .
In addition to the sound field parameters, sound energy parameters (e.g. the sound intensity ) are also considered.
