The switch house with a fitter's apartment is located in the Birkesdorf district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia at 12 Schüllsmühle .

The building was built around 1925.

It is a free-standing two-storey expressionist brick building . There is a high hipped roof on the house . The brick facade has elaborately designed brick decorative inlays as a circumferential band. About bay located on the south-east corner with window frames made of cast stone .

The building is registered under No. 12/004 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
