Shame Kelleciyan
Shamram (Hanım) Kelleciyan (* 1870 in Constantinople , † March 14, 1955 in Istanbul ) was an Armenian chanson singer. Schamram Kelleciyan was the cousin of the chanson singer Peruz (Hanım).
Schamram Kelleciyan received her education at the St. Lusavoritschian School in Galata (Constantinople). After the divorce from her first husband in 1895, she appeared with her cousin Peruz, also a chanson singer, in the drama groups of Kel Hasan Efendi, Komik Schevki Bey and in the Millet Theater (Turan Cinema). From 1900 to 1925 she was the most successful chanson singer in Istanbul. In 1909 she married the cinema operator Aleksan Hagopyan. Until 1935 she appeared in Naschit Özcan's troupe. She died in Istanbul on March 14, 1955.
