Foamed bitumen

As foamed bitumen is bitumen that is foamed by the addition of cold water with a high pressure referred to. The viscosity is thereby greatly reduced and the volume is increased. Foam asphalt (also called low-temperature asphalt ) is produced by combining foamed bitumen and a graded mineral mixture . This relatively young building material is particularly suitable for the cold recycling process of asphalt surfaces.
