Shibin al-Hardly ( Arabic شبين الكوم, DMG Šibīn al-Hardly ; Egyptian-Arabic Šibīn el-Kōm ) is a city in Egypt on the Nile Delta and the administrative seat of the governorate of Al-Minufiyya . The city has about 180,000 inhabitants with a further 450,000 inhabitants in the vicinity.

The main campus of Minufiya University is located in the city .
