The Minufiya University ( Arabic جامعة المنوفية) is a state university in Shibin al-Barely in Egypt .

The main campus and the main administration are located in the city of Shibin al-Kaum , a second campus is located in Sadat City . With 22 faculties and 80,216 students (2005/06) it is one of the largest universities in the country.
