ISO 3166-2: EG

The list of ISO-3166-2 codes for Egypt contains the codes for the governorates in Egypt .

The codes consist of two parts separated by a hyphen. The first part gives the country code according to ISO 3166-1 (for Egypt EG), the second the code for the governorates. The current country code was last updated on October 29, 2014.

For Egypt, the codes for the governorates consist of one to three letters.
