ISO 3166-2: KZ

The list of ISO-3166-2 codes for Kazakhstan contains the codes for the 14 regions (regions, Kazakh. Oblys , plural Oblystar ) and three cities with special status (Kazakh. Qala ).

The codes consist of two parts separated by a hyphen. The first part gives the country code according to ISO 3166-1 (for Kazakhstan KZ), the second the code for the area (in the form of three letters).
