ISO 3166-2: QA

The list of ISO 3166-2 codes for Qatar contains the codes for the eight parishes.

The codes consist of two parts separated by a hyphen. The first part gives the country code according to ISO 3166-1 (for Qatar QA), the second the code for the municipality.

The codes for Qatar were adapted to the community reform in 2011, the ISO 3166-2 codes were adapted in 2004, and a code for the al-Shahaniyah community created in 2014 was added in 2017.
