ISO 3166-2: CF

The list of ISO-3166-2 codes for Central African Republic contains the codes for the 14 prefectures, two economic prefectures ( Préfectures économiques ) and one autonomous municipality ( Commune autonome ).

The codes consist of two parts separated by a hyphen. The first part gives the country code according to ISO 3166-1 (for Central African Republic CF), the second the code for the prefecture or municipality.

The current country code was last updated in Newsletter II-2 of June 30, 2010 ( PDF ).
