Kémo is a prefecture of the Central African Republic with the capital Sibut .
geography
The prefecture is located in the south of the country and is bordered by the Nana-Grébizi prefecture to the north, the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the south, the Ouham prefecture to the northwest, the Ombella-Mpoko prefecture to the southwest and the Ouaka prefecture to the east . The prefecture is named after the river Kémo , which has its catchment area in it.
