The Kémo is a river in the Central African Republic .

The river is located in the prefecture of Kémo , which is largely congruent with its catchment area. It is created by the confluence of the Tomi and Kouma and has a length of about 10 km.

In some sources, the Kouma is equated with the Kémo.
