The Schilling-bell works provides an overview of the -bell-founder family Schilling in Apolda made bells . The directory is based on relevant documents in the Schilling family archive and was published by Margarete Schilling .
Since 1826, more than 17,000 bronze bells have been cast in Apolda and thousands of chill-cast bells have been delivered from Apolda, Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz and Bockenem :
