Schillingspark (Gürzenich)

The Schillingspark is located in the Gürzenich district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia , Schillingsstrasse 331.

The spacious park is part of the Weiherhof . It was built in the romantic era in the middle of the 19th century. In the landscape park there are six large fish ponds , an old stock of trees and small park buildings typical of the time. The park was created by the then owner of the Weiherhof, Oberforster Schillings.

The park is not open to the public, but there are regular events in the park at which the park can be visited by the population.

The park is entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under no. 6 / 001b.
