Shituf weAchwa ( Arabic مشاركة وأخوة; Hebrew שיתוף ואחווה, lit. Cooperation and Fraternity ) was an Israeli-Arab political party in Israel founded for the 1959 elections . She was associated with the Mapai .

In the 1959 elections, the party received 1.1% of the vote and two seats: Labib Hussein Abu Rokan and Yussef Diab were MPs . Due to the fact that the party was associated with the Mapai , it was part of the coalition government.

In the 1961 elections , the party received 1.9% of the vote, overtaking Kidma wePituach and becoming the strongest Israeli-Arab party in the Knesset . With her four seats she was represented in all three government coalitions during the fifth legislative period. Both Abu Rochan and Diab were replaced by Jabar Muʿaddī and Diyab Obeid .

In the 1965 elections , the party received only 1.3% of the vote, but retained its two seats and was part of the governing coalition.

On July 5, 1966, the party merged with Kidma wePituach to establish collaboration and development . The alliance broke up again on January 1, 1967. On April 11, 1967, Muʿaddī left the party to found a new party, the HaSi'a haDrusit haJisra'elit , although he was a member of the Knesset for Kidma wePituach.
