Cooperation and Development ( Hebrew שיתוף ופיתוח, Shituf VePituah ; Arabic إشراك وتطوير) was a briefly existing Arabic satellite list in Israel .

history

Cooperation and development came about on July 5, 1966 during the sixth legislative period of the Knesset through the merger of Shituf weAchwa and Kidma wePituach , two of the three parties representing the Israeli Arabs . The new party had four seats in the Sixth Knesset: Seif-El-Din El-Zubi , Jabar Muʿaddī , Elias Nakhleh and Diyab Obeid . She supported the 13th government coalition under Levi Eschkol as Prime Minister .

The merger of the two parties lasted until January 1, 1967.
