The Battle of Masoller on September 1, 1904, was the last military clash of the civil war in Uruguay between the ruling Colorados and the insurgent Blancos . The battle, which lasted only a few hours, ended in a victory for the Colorado.

The eponymous settlement Masoller is located in northern Uruguay near the border with Brazil . The short distance to the neighboring country later turned out to be significant for the outcome of the battle, because the defeated Blanco- Caudillo Aparicio Saravia fled to Brazil, where he died a few days later from a gunshot wound sustained in battle.
