description
The castle is a two-story building with a 19th century facade. The later added central projection is opened by loggias. Two Roman votive altars for Jupiter , which probably come from Tiffen, are walled in on the double-flighted staircase . The square fortification tower with a pyramid roof, located northwest of the castle, is connected to the main building by a wall. To the north of the slope is the Stampferturm, documented in 1478, a remnant of the former fortification.
Vaults from the beginning of the 16th century have been preserved in the cellar. The upper floor is equipped with three Empire tiled stoves .
The associated barn has brick windows with a lamellar structure.
