Mondschütz Castle
Mondschütz Castle ( Polish Dwór obronny w Mojęcicach, also Pałac w Mojęcicach ) is located in Mojęcice (German Mondschütz ). It belongs to the urban and rural municipality Wołów ( Wohlau ) in the powiat Wołowski in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland .
The core of the castle probably goes back to a castle from the 14th century. A brick castle tower was built later. Instead of the old castle, a renaissance castle with a moat was built in the 17th century .
