The Castle of Jabrin or Castle of Jabreen is a residential castle from the Middle Ages in the Oman desert in the village of Jabrin , also known as a fort . The castle is located in the ad-Dachiliyya region, about five kilometers from the town of Bahla and 180 kilometers from the capital, Muscat .

The palace was originally constructed and used as a residential palace by Sultan bin Saif al-Ya'arubi in 1670 . It has been used as a place of interest since the end of its use as a residence. In 1984 an extensive renovation was carried out. The exhibits inside include various furniture and utensils and are intended to convey the flair of former court life in Oman to its visitors. The building itself is decorated with, among other things, often elaborate wood carvings, ceiling paintings and stucco work. The castle is also open to visitors.
