The building was built in 1773 and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. Sch 004 on December 4, 1984 .

The courtyard is located in the original settlement area in Geneicken as a fully preserved single courtyard.
architecture
Consisting of a hipped structure with barn and farm entrance on Schlossstrasse. Adjacent is a half-timbered entrance door with masonry infill. To the left is a two-story house with a gable roof . In the door bar the year 1773. The courtyard complex consisting of a residential stable building, barn, residential building and remise surrounds a small inner courtyard on all sides. The historic courtyard is closely related to the extension of the property at Geneickener Strasse 157 .
