Sisters of Our Lady of La Salette
The Sisters of Our Lady of La Salette ( Latin: Missionari Dominae Nostrae a La Salette , abbreviation MS), also known as Salettinerinnen , are a religious community in the Catholic Church . The Congregation of Sisters is a branch of the Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette .
The Congregation joined forces in 1964 with the Sisters of Our Lady of Salette, founded in 1872 by Henriette Deluy-Fabry , and the Missionary Sisters of Our Lady of Salette, founded in Soissons in 1930 . The Sisters Messengers of Our Lady of La Salette, founded in 1997, also joined this religious community in 2004 . The congregation consists of about 170 sisters who are ordained in France , Brazil , Madagascar , the Philippines , the United States , Poland , Angola and Myanmar . The General House has its seat in Rome.
