Scotch was an Italo disco group that was successful in Germany and other European countries in the mid-1980s. It consisted of the duo Vince Lancini ( vocals ) and Fabio Margutti ( keyboards ), who joined the keyboardist and programmer Franz Rome on the second album.

The single Disco Band topped the Austrian charts for six weeks at the end of 1984 and was the band's greatest success in Germany as well. In 2007 it was sampled by Scooter of the track Let's dance , with the explicit passages in the censored version replaced by the cough.
