At the end of the 2008/09 season he rose with his team to the Primeira Liga . In the 2009/10 season he was mostly on the bench and only came on as a substitute. In the summer of 2010 he was loaned to second division CD Trofense for a season. There his situation did not improve. Ouattara was only used eight times in the 2010/11 season .
