Scotland's Haven (also called Gill's Point or Inner Sound ) is a sea bay south of St John's Point in Caithness in the north of Scotland .
Aerial photos show a gravel bank in the tidal bay immediately west of the "Head of Crees", which possibly served as a fish fence and protected a landing site at the southern end of the bay. The bottle-shaped bay has a narrow, shallow entrance for boats to the north and opens to the south, where it may have served as a harbor; the name "Scotland's Haven" suggests this. The bay is 350 meters long and up to 150 meters wide in a north-south direction.
